Happy PINK Saturday Everyone!
Today I want to share my PINK Easter tree.
When my oldest daughter was just a baby, I decided to start an Easter tree for her. Back then I took some bare tree branches and spray painted them white and stuck them in a clay pot. I found lots of cute Easter ornaments to decorate the tree with and they are still put on the tree each year.
When dd #2 came along, I started buying two of each ornament and the collection of little Easter ornaments grew quickly!
A few years ago I purchased this little PINK tree and decided it was time to replace the well worn branch tree. Here are a few more of the sweet little Easter ornaments.
A couple of sweet little bunnies!
A little Bird tweeting away!
This Bunny Family stands watch over the foyer, beside the PINK Easter tree.
And next week I will show you how I made the cute frou frou Tutu tree skirt.
Please stop by How Sweet The Sound and say HI to Beverly, our host each week for PINK Saturday! Have a great weekend! xxoo Nan

ReplyDeleteOh what joy this tree is you have put together. It is SO precious. I love the memory of each Easter ornament that you have gathered with your girls. SO precious sweet friend. That pink tree is the perfect item for Easter. Next year I will be searching after Christmas sales for one. What fun that would be. I remember seeing the Barbie trees. A perfect one for this occasion, and with the little grands I know they would love it.
I can't wait to see how you made the frou frou skirt. It is just darling. You are a lady of many talents in the crafting department sweet one.
Hope you are having a glorious weekend. It is softly raining here in the desert today. Of course we needed the rain, the gardens look so happy.
Many hugs and much love, Sherry
Hi Nan! OH, what a darling idea! I love that you started collecting those little sweet ornies years ago for your daughter! They're just precious. I love your pink tree and your froo froo skirt is darling, too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for popping in to see me.
Be a sweetie,

Happy Pink Saturday Nan, Love your little tree and your daughters will love all those things when they are Moms and you can pass them down, what a neat Idea. I spent all day running around gathering stuff for my 5 Grandchildren's Easter baskets, they are all different ages so it took alot of running and now I'm plumb tired, hugs sweet girl and thanks for stopping by, off to bed I go! Marilou xoxo
