Pink Sturday!

Happy PINK Saturday everyone!
If this is your first visit to my blog, I'm glad you are here!
Last Saturday I posted a special download of my original artwork designed especially for Breast Cancer Awareness month. If you haven't had the chance to download the artwork, it's still posted and free for you to use. You can find it on my sidebar, just scroll down a little ways.
Please stop by How Sweet The Sound for more PINK inspiration!
Last month while we were on vacation, we spent an entire day at the Columbus Zoo. What an amazing place! Jack Hanna is the curator and he has done a terrific job at developing this Zoo and making it one of the best in the country. If you are ever in the neighborhood, include a trip to the Columbus Zoo in your itinerary, you'll be glad you did.. Here's a link to the Columbus Zoo website in case anyone is interested.
There was a wonderful Flamingo exhibit and while I was standing there, watching the Flamingos balance on one leg, I thought to myself, HEY this would make a great PINK Saturday post! So without further ado, here are a few of the pictures I took

While searching the internet for PINK Flamingos, I found the following pictures.
From Macy's Spring Garden show, a PINK Flamingo topiary.

 A PINK Flamingo garden.
And this picture of PINK Flamingos in a field of Texas Bluebonnets.

That's it for this week, I hope everyone has a great weekend !

  1. LOVE the pink flamingos! They remind me of my mom. Each year she would host a tropical, flamingo themed party for her friends in the Summer. Looks like a great trip too!

  9. Happy belated Pink Saturday.

Girl, I love flamingos. I spent most of my life in South Florida, and when I was a little girl I always asked my father to drive me by the flamingos.

Where in South Carolina do you live? Charleston is my favorite city ever.
